Bordeaux is located in the south west of France and is renowned worldwide for its fantastic wines. It is divided into 6 districts. The central area of the city is called Les Quais. Close by is The Pedestrian Centre and La Victoire which are usually full of tourists. In the north of the city is Gambetta Square or “little Paris” as it is sometimes known. This area contains a strong Roman influence.
